Introducing Tanner Steffy: A New Addition to Crestwood Industries

Hello Everyone!

I’m excited to introduce myself as the newest member of the Crestwood Industries team. My name is Tanner Steffy, and I recently joined the company as a Business Development Coordinator to support our growth and continue delivering high-quality plastic injection molding solutions to our clients.

My background:

I earned my B.A. in Sport Management from the University of Michigan in 2024. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with three highly regarded football organizations and interning at a sports agency. These experiences provided me with firsthand exposure to the inner workings of top-tier operations, from logistics and client relations to problem-solving in high-pressure environments. They also reinforced the importance of precision, teamwork, and efficiency—values that align seamlessly with Crestwood’s approach to business.

My Time with Crestwood so far:

I’ve been with Crestwood for four months, and my experience has already been gratifying. My first two weeks were spent on the production floor, working alongside our operators to get a true, hands-on understanding of our processes and what goes into manufacturing high-quality plastic components. Seeing the precision and dedication that goes into each project firsthand has given me a deep appreciation for the work we do and the people who make it happen.

My Role at Crestwood:

After those initial weeks of learning the operation from the ground up, I transitioned into my role in business development and client relations. I focus on helping our partners optimize their plastic manufacturing needs while ensuring that Crestwood continues to provide the high-quality service and customer-first approach that has made the company successful.
